How does AI report drafting work?

When you capture a photo or say a voice note on-site, AI routes the observation to the right section and assigns a status - Repair or Replace, Monitor, or Inspected. You see a plain-language draft you can edit, move to a different section, or undo before it saves.

Can I edit or correct what the AI writes?

Yes. Every AI update shows exactly what changed. You can edit the text, change the section assignment, or undo the update. Nothing saves until you accept it.

Can I share the report before I leave the property?

Yes. Every completed inspection has a public share link clients and agents can open on any device. You can revoke or rotate the link at any time.
